For accessories and small furniture/bulky items, you simply place your online order by 7pm today, and we will have it ready for you to collect after 11am tomorrow. This service is available from our shop in Solihull, 32-34 Mill Lane, Solihull. B91 3BA

The service is available for most but not all of the items we sell, please ensure the items you would like are 'in stock' and not 'available to order' as this will take longer. Please contact us with any questions you may have regarding this on or call us on 0121 709 4636


Usually 2 - 4 weeks, however we will contact you within 24 hours upon receipt of your order and advise you with a guide as to the number of weeks we expect the item to be received, quality controlled and then delivered!

If the items are in stock, we will always try to deliver your new furniture within two to four weeks on a mutually convenient day and you will be contacted with available time slots - so there's no staying in all day wondering when we're going to arrive.


We try to offer the best possible service at Liv Furniture & Things and we are happy to deliver items to any room you require, and remove any packaging for recycling, when using our own transport.

We aim to deliver your new furniture ourselves, using our own vans, including delivering all items into rooms specified by yourselves.

This means that we have the utmost confidence that our drivers will do all they can to give you a quality service. We believe in treating customers in the same way that we would like to be treated. With this in mind our own delivery drivers are more than happy to call you on the mobile 1-2 hours before a delivery etc. Please contact us with ANY specific delivery requests you may have.

If however due to distance we are not available to use our own vans we will use a trusted courier service. Please note these are kerbside drops.


Please ensure you thoroughly check your items for any damage at the point of delivery. Once goods are accepted from the courier, signed or not signed for, no responsibility can be taken by Liv Furniture & Things for any loss or damage whatsoever. In the unusual event that your item arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery and call us for a replacement.

NB! All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over upon delivery.


Please make sure you measure correctly before placing your furniture order, and that our delivery van can get to your door. Points to look out for include twisty passages, low doorways and dog leg stairs. Consider staircases, ceiling heights, doorways and any tight spaces used as access points.

For your convenience, we provide clear sizes of all our furniture on our website. Most of our furniture is handmade; hence measurements may vary by 1-2 cm. If you are unsure whether an item will fit into your room please feel free to call us on 0121 709 4636 or email us on

The driver will assess whether or not he/she can physically maneuver the items into place and will only do so if items pass freely through the spaces provided. Please be aware that if we can't deliver to your requested room we will either leave the furniture at a place convenient to you or, if we have to return it, we may have to charge a re-stocking fee of 20% of the item value.


While we hope that you're always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return an item.

Simply notify us within 7 days of receipt. For smaller items please organise returns yourself, but for larger items such as bookcases, wardrobes etc. we will organise collection.

Naturally, we will need to receive the goods back in a perfect and saleable condition, and in its original packaging (where possible) we will then exchange or refund it, less original delivery charge, no questions asked.

As a respected and honest company, Liv Furniture & Things remain in line with health & safety requirements - and due to the prevailing culture of litigation we have to point out that we will not be held responsible for any damage to goods and/or property as a result of deliveries beyond the threshold of your property. Please note that items delivered via a staircase and/or upstairs are carried out at the property owners risk. We hope you understand why we have to state this.
