Returns Policy

We have a no quibble return policy - which does exactly what the label says. If you want to return something, for any reason at all, we won't quibble, squabble or even bat an eyelid. You can return your order for any reason; as long as you let us know within 7 working days after the day you receive it, and return it to us within 14 days of the receipt of your order.

Naturally, we would need to receive the goods back in a perfect and saleable condition, therefore please take care when returning so we can sell them someone else. We will then exchange or refund it, less original delivery charge, no questions asked.

We would like to be as transparent as possible, and let you know from the offset that we do not offer free returns. If we did we would then have to put up the price of our products, which we don't wish to do. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To protect yourself, please note that if you return your product(s) by post, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they are received by us. Therefore, we would recommend using a registered postal service, and that you keep the proof of postage. Furniture by Liv Cole Ltd is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email info@livfurniture.co.uk or call 0121 709 4636 without delay. We will then arrange for collection of the goods (or arrange for you to return the goods at our cost) and organise a replacement to be sent out to you at the earliest opportunity.
